Frequently Asked Questions

Our lessons are designed for small groups of 4 students. Occasionally, we may accommodate up to 5 students to allow for make-up lessons.

Lessons are available from Monday to Thursday. For specific times, please refer to our Lesson Schedule.

At this time, we do not offer tutoring during the holiday period.

Upon enrolment, parents/caregivers agree to an initial commitment of 5 lessons. This helps us understand your child’s unique learning needs and establish a consistent routine.

Once the commitment period is complete, you will transition to a no fixed-term agreement. This allows you to terminate enrolment without incurring a processing fee, as long as notice is provided at least 1 week prior to a scheduled lesson.

Lessons are billed weekly, with payments processed 36 to 48 hours before each scheduled lesson. Please note that we aren't responsible for any delays caused by your bank, and payments are not processed on weekends.

We make payments easy and convenient by handling them through direct debit on your behalf.

You can cancel a lesson through your Lift Off Learning Centre account or by emailing admin@liftofflearningcentre.com. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a credit for a make-up lesson.

You are allowed up to two make-up lessons per school term. If you miss your confirmed make-up lesson, you will not be eligible for another make-up lesson for that term.

Yes, lessons can be rescheduled if the request is made more than 24 hours before the scheduled time. However, rescheduling is subject to availability, and we will try our best to make sure that all requests can be accommodated.

Yes, CCTV cameras with both audio and visual surveillance are installed inside and outside the learning premises. The footage is used to ensure child and workplace safety.

We prioritise the safety and security of all children in our care. Parents/caregivers must sign in and out using the 'sign in/sign out' folder provided by the Teacher.

Yes, if you authorise your child to sign in and out on your behalf, please email us at admin@liftofflearningcentre.com for a consent form.

If another parent or caregiver is picking up your child, you must email us with their: full name, relationship to your child and a copy of their NSW driver’s license with your written consent. ID will be checked upon entry.

Yes! Upon enrolment, we provide complimentary access to digital resources from Australia’s leading learning platforms. We also customise these resources to fit your child’s Personalised Learning Program, ensuring the content is tailored to their specific learning needs.

We believe that feedback is essential for your child's learning journey. We provide feedback in both verbal and written forms. Additionally, we conduct free follow-up assessments to track progress over time, ensuring that the personalised learning program continues to meet your child's needs.

At Lift Off Learning Centre, we respect each student's individual learning style. If your child prefers to sit alone, they are welcome to do so. Our environment is designed to accommodate varying preferences, allowing students to focus on their work in a way that feels comfortable for them.
